I love this short story.

I was really rooting for Tomi to get his act together. He was sweet.

And Dakeb is just the sexiest thing on legs in this story.  Kiss

Who else loved "Slowly?"

I do!

I think it's fun.  And it's cool to see a cousin-assistant get his own story.

Okay, so I'm reading 'Slowly' now.  I like it so far!! Smiley

I've just remembered why I should never eat or drink while reading anything Matthew writes... one tends to choke on random bursts of laughter...   Rolling on the Floor Laughing

Ohhhh, and I just remembered why I like Selorin a lot!

And I feel really bad for Tomi right now... though I'm sure that'll change.  Except that I now feel worse!

Matthew!!

*whispers* Timo's office looks like my apartment.  Yes, I am ashamed.

Okay, I'm loving this too much to keep interrupting to comment.  And I have a huge grin on my face.

Best to stop now.

I totally identify with Tomi, I'm so freaking clumbsy.  I tend to break things that are supposed to be unbreakable.

I can understand Tomi's clumsiness in front of Dakeb.  I'm usually really awkward too when I'm in front of someone I like, especially if he knows that I like him.  I don't break things, but I stammer a couple of vowel sounds, after which I have to leave for my own good Smiley

I liked the way it ended though!!!!

I love this story because it gives me hope that an ugly duckling may not necessarily turn into a swan but thet he can at least enjoy an almost Prince.  I like how Selorin and Dakeb take Tomi under their wing.  After reading about how Selorins favorite response to his intimidation tactics is for the receiver to wet himself I am glad Tomi is made of sterner stuff.
