He bowed again, gazing at Vade as if he were enjoying his memories of what Vade looked like undressed. “Your Highness.” “I can’t,” Vade said quickly, stepping hurriedly behind Selorin. “I’m sorry, I love you, I’d love to, but I can’t. At all, ever again, ever.”  ....PLEASE LET THE "I'm sorry, I love you" JUST BE A SLIP OF VADES TOUNGE !!!! How depressing      I had more to say about the rest of the chapter but now I don't feel like writing... I'll be back after I get over this....lol |

If marriage to a woman is imminent, whatever she offers, I will supply. Whether it’s wealth, property, reputation, title, whatever reason you have to marry her, I will provide for you, or its satisfactory equal. Because I love you, Vade, as I love my own brothers, and I won’t see you marry someone unless you’re as in love with him as I was when I first became engaged to Anikira. I was giddy, I was enthusiastic, I was filled with hope for the future, nothing could taint my happiness. She was my life, my future, and I loved everything about her. I still do. That’s what I want for you, Vade, that’s what everyone deserves. And no woman should be trapped in marriage to someone who wants her purse, her land, but not her heart. Of course he's going to marry Selorin.......Selorin is now letting him borrow his sex toys. And he's picked a pet name for Vade. I imagine someday Vade's going to enjoy having Selorin call him "kuret".....wonder what enderment he'll call Selorin?
And my only complaint? This chapter was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too short! I want MORE!!!

biggest When put his hand out to Vade then pulled him closer I got the biggest shiver down my spine.....lol All I thought was ...OMGosh is he finally going to do it is he gonna kiss him or include him !!! LOL I really hope the Blue book isn't next I'm really really not ready for it. But I will think positive...Go team /Vade  |

Does anyone else think that Selorin is just waiting for Vade to become more mature & responsible?  I've been noticing all through my re-read that there are a lot of little Selorin/Vade moments......just little things like noticing texture/color of hair, eyes, skin. Things that I really didn't pay much attention to the first time around, but that are popping out at me now.  |

Ok Vani your right....There just so right for one another in every way and Vade needs to be in OA with Bade....I once had Mr MHT tell me I need to defend those two till the very end and I said I would so im going to... no more bad thoughts for Sue IM just going to keep telling myself that Vade slipped in his excitement and said those 3 nice words to So until the end !!!! Ok, hellish week or I'd have posted sooner; but I have only one thing to say after this chapter: VADESELORINVADESELORINVADESELORINVADESELORINVADESELORIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! pHEW. Ok. So really--lending out sex toys AND calling by a pet name?? COME ON. They are so gonna be together, lol. I kind of agree that in a way, Selorin is waiting for Vade to grow up a bit; but then, I disagree because I'm not sure Selorin realizes it. Its almost as if its unconscious if that makes sense? Like when Vade is ready, Selorin will look at him and go, ok, that is what I've been waiting for.  I really, really cant wait for that. I would totally love the Blue book next. Yes Remin needs to get laid; but he is content for the moment and I need Selorin and Vade!!! And they need each other! |

I think that Selorin and Vade both have growing up to do. Selorin isn't ready for committment any more than Vade is. I still feel that the Gold Book is next (Remin needs it to be) because Selorin and Vade just aren't ready. Remin, for all that he's calmer now that he's masturbating again, needs his partner. He'll be facing enormous pressure after the wedding with Jacacea's relationship with Orina Anoris coming into fruition and he'll need a release valve. Plus he's such a beloved child of the gods and I can't imagine them letting him be alone any more than he has to be.
