The key word here is private. Just like your password and your payment information are private, so is your conversation with Matthew about those things.

He can't answer you effectively in public, anyway. If he has to give you your password, then he has to contact you privately. Plus, he needs to know the email address you use for PayPal to find out what the problem is. That's a big one:

EMAIL MATTHEW FROM YOUR PAYPAL EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THE QUICKEST RESOLUTION.

Please don't post questions or problems about passwords or subscriptions in public forums (like this board). Once privately contacted Matthew will handle any concerns as quickly as possible. He's the only one who can resolve these types of problems and he's just one person with a lot going on at once. It stresses him to see password glitches and payment problems posted publicly.
