Hee!  I just found my copy of Off The Record!  I was wondering where I'd stashed it, and as it turns out, I should never clean because it'll then take me hours (or years) to find anything.

But anyway, there it is, and I'm thinking of reading it again because it was really good.

Liz recently told me that someone had broken into her place and actually *stolen* her copy of OTR!!!  Explanation, please?  Evil, sick, twisted people...  Angry

Considering that they also took my QAF books and some of my Tinkerbelle stuff, I'd think my thief was gay.

Queer as Folk?  There's a series of books that's basically legal fan fiction depicting life before the show started.

I don't care if your thief was gay, he had no right to take Matthew's stuff!  *huffs*

I'd kill someone if half my DVD collection were ever stolen... I have over 300 DVDs!  And I'm trying to find my National Treasure 2 movie... anyone seen it?!

Chris has your NT2 DVD.  He's trying to perfect his English accent.

Yayyy!  Another QAF fan! I have all three books AND the ENTIRE DVD series!  I would definitely go CSI if anyone ever broke into my home and stole my DVD and or book collection.  BTW, just purchased the e-book version of OFF THE RECORD.  Talk about awesome!  My e-reader has so many of MHT's books...

Sorry Matthew - but Lelehti, I've got the first two seasons of QAF on DVD and I watched the fourth season.  I'm kind of scared to watch the last season, I know my boys don't end up together.

WARNING!!!!!!! MAJOR SPOILER ALERT MAJOR SPOILER ALERT MAJOR SPOILER ALERT MAJOR SPOILER ALERT MAJOR SPOILER ALERT MAJOR SPOILER ALERT MAJOR SPOILER ALERT MAJOR SPOILER ALERT MAJOR SPOILER ALERT MAJOR SPOILER ALERT!!!!
You missed Season 3 & 5?  Girl, season 3 had some really hot sex scenes in it.  You should check it out.  Your guys(And I know you mean Brian and Justin) don't end up together, but the show ended on a high note.  All of the loose ends were tied very nicely.  Let's see...Babylon was firebombed by an anti-gay group putting Michael in a coma for a little while.  Mel and Lindsey's friend Dusty was killed.  Brian and Michael, of course, didn't end up together, but we knew that wouldn't happen.  Brian and Justin didn't end up together, but that was okay.  Justin had an opportunity of a lifetime in New York and he took it, but I think that it was for the best.  Let Justin grow and see the world.  If they're meant to be together, they will.  Mel and Lindsey moved with the kids to Toronto, Michael and Ben got married and lived happily ever after with their not so attractive foster kid, Hunter, Debbie is happy with Det. Horvath, Emmett and Ted didn't end up together, but they were able to maintain their friendship...oh, I especially liked how the Emmett and Drew situation ended.  And Ted ended back up with Blake.  The ending scene in the club with them dancing on a podium together with the remixed version of Heather Small's song 'PROUD'.  It was really bittersweet.

...And now we return to our regularly scheduled programming...ITL will resume in 5...4...3...2...1

How can you take a break from ITL??

Ok, granted, if you're taking a break to read 'Off The Record', it's okay Smiley  Tell us what you think of the book once you're done with it!

Because I'm not in the U.S., I only have Matthew's work in e-book, including Off The Record.  The exception is The Purple Book.

And  Hi There the my fellow QAF fans!

...it is remotely possible that I have the attention span of a gerbil.

Anyway, I'm about eighty pages into OTR, because I took a break from that to go back to ITL. Now that I'm caught up on ITL, I'm sure that I'll return to reading OTR. I like it very much so far, and Jordan's mother is made of awesome.

You do have the Purple Book Ana?  Great. I thought you meant they wouldn't send any of them to Saudi Arabia.

I have everything e-book.  Hubby doesn't know about M/M habit.  Well he does, he gets some of the benefits when
I read a new idea that sounds HOT,  but he thinks I'm....    well, who know what he thinks, but he doesn't complain!  Embarrassed

Yeah, I have 2 copies Grin But if the Customs know exactly what The Purple Book is about, they'll confiscate it.  So, I still cannot ship any books/magazines/DVDs with provocative covers to Saudi Arabia.  They won't let them in.
