Jae and I talk about food. A lot.
So what have you guys eaten recently?
(This came up because I told Jae that I was eating mochi off of one of my kitchen knives, being as I have no clean forks, and she accused me of learning table manners from T'rin.)

...I want mochi. Strawberry ice cream mochi. ...And tiramisu. And chocolate ganache. And...yeah. I'm gonna stop now. I'm making myself even more hungry than I already am. - Jae

lmao, I just had lunch... I had some leftover chicken noodle sop from last night and, being that the heat is still not on in my apartment (damn those people! If I lived in America, I'd sue them), I had that. Followed by two chocolate bars... speaking of chocolate bars, I should go get some more downstairs.
And I have to get a new computer screen because my screen at home went to screen heaven .
Oh, food... uh, hat else do I wanna eat? Mashed potatoes, I mashed potatoes!

This is why we have the coolest board on the internet. I seriously love you Rhis for asking a question like this. Me? Well, I'm afraid I've just been drinking water and Seven Up for the last few days because my stomach is rebelling against anything solid. (And for the record, Iaroo - I checked my sugar 10 minutes ago and its at 108)

You know what I want?
I want a bento box. A tiered one. And I also want someone to pack it full of onigiri and sushi rolls for me.

Are you a part of the livejournal community called "bentolunch"? If not, you should join! ( http://community.livejournal.com/bentolunch/) It can't pack it full of onigiri and sushi rolls for you, but people give lots of tips on where to buy good bento boxes and assorted supplies at prices that won't break the bank, online and in person, because they have an "Online Bento Shopping Guide" and "Geographic Shopping Guide." And people post pictures of their bento lunches and sometimes it's really pretty and good for ideas! (Okay, so I'm really just there to stare at delicious looking food, but anyway...) And someone did a rainbow themed bento once: http://community.livejournal.com/bentolunch/3388414.html- Jae

Are you a part of the livejournal community called "bentolunch"? I'm not, but I've seen it. Some of the photos there are great. I like how much care some people take with their meals. (It seems to reflect the Jacacean mindset that if you're going to eat lunch every day for all of your life, you might as well take care and pleasure in it. As opposed to slapping together a sandwich and tossing it in a paper sack.) I'm eating chocolate chip cookies. Mmm, cookies. -Matthew

I seriously love you Rhis for asking a question like this. I seriously love getting serious love, so that works out nicely. Yes, this board is indeed awesome. Are you a part of the livejournal community called "bentolunch"? If not, you should join! I glanced at the community, and this one is beautiful: http://community.livejournal.com/bentolunch/3450021.htmlI'd be afraid to eat something that pretty. I want chocolate. It has been a chocolate-needing day. I'll just have to settle for grapes and smoked Gouda, though, because I forgot to buy.

You know what's even better than cheese fondue? ... A Chocolate Fondue Fountain. (See: http://www.sweetfountains.com/sales/catalog/Mini_Chocolate_Fountain__13_Tall-p-16344.html) Man, one of these days, I am going to buy one of these babies, and I am going to USE IT! ::maniacal laughter:: And all the rest of the day afterwards, I shall look like this: - Jae

I'm a chronic chocoholic. And apparently so is Remin: From Chapter 122: Pastry and sausage and fruit and juice and, since it was Remin, chocolate. The darker the better. Add some almonds and I'm in chocolate heaven.
