1. You know exactly how many days (okay, hours, but only once it gets to Thursday) until the next update.

2. You've talked at least one person into reading it, too, and realized that one will never be enough.

3. You go on Allrecipes.com to find something to make for dinner and think to yourself that Remin would love that, and that, and thatandthat....

4. You MAY have begun refering to colors as people (e.g., My favorite color is Selorin, but I've been on an Orinakin kick for a while and still haven't found the right yarn to knit an Orinakin scarf to match my once-he-marries-Kudorin Xio Voe coat or My MIL gave my daughter a really pretty lime-Desin jacket on Monday)

5. You have made rough calculations of how long ITL will continue based on the average number of chapters per book and at 52 chatpers a year, etc etc, and you did it all on another author's message board.

How do YOU know you're addicted to ITL?

CL... You want more than me in your Bela?  Eyebrow  OK maybe some more would be nice, I'm working on Shanghi.  She's getting ITL for Christmas.  Evil

You participate with CL in above mentioned calculations...

You were addicted to pure alpha males then realize there is nothing wrong with a character who is a flaming cross dresser when you come across them in other books... but are sad when they don't have orange hair.  Cry

You search for a half an hour looking for Matthew's LJ addy on Google and LJ search engines so you can cry on his shoulder when the site has gone down... then open your eMail to realize you had it the whole time in a topic reply notification.  Doh!

Yah that color scheme thingy...  Embarrassed

I'd suggest Chinese Fighting Fish but then that would defeat the purpose because they would have to be apart and that is so not  SelorinOrinakin  Thinking

You are so not alone, Mountie. Hug But I need sleep, so if it's not up in the next minute, I'm going to bed. I have been refreshing every few minutes for the last couple hours, though, thinking dreamy thoughts of Bade's next well-deserved orgasm.  Evil Embarrassed

I started a new job about a month ago.  We are only allowed to wear jeans when we wear a red shirt.  When you look around this huge building full of about 500 people and everyone is wearing various shades of red, it looks like you're working in the middle of Talin's eyes - which makes me a very happy camper.

I do the color thing every day.  I always say I'm in a mood for Xio Voe, so I wear all black, or in a mood for Selorin and Xio Voe, and I'll wear black and blue.  I do the same thing at work if I'm writing in a specific color.  The only colored pen I can't write in is yellow cause... ouch!

The other day, I found myself saying 'Anoha Anosukinom' because I was praying for patience and other things.  Guess I'm addicted.

Oh... you know you're addicted to ITL when you stay up until nearly 2 a.m. re-reading it.

I did that last night and can barely keep my eyes open now that I have to go to work *yawn*

P.S. - and yes, I just sent myself parts 14 to 16 at work.  I'll be able to read it quietly in case I get supremely bored... eh!
