I think, have always thought, that it is purely psychological. Something being all in your head doesn't make it any less real, of course, but it does make it easier to deal with once you get proper counseling. I loved that Xio Voe and Tano spoke candidly about it and I really loved that Remin felt the Disturbance In The Force, too.
I think that counseling will help a lot and I also suspect that Remin will be involved in it somehow. Not because he and Tano are destined to be together, but because Remin is possibly the best counselor in Orina Anoris.
This made me laugh:
Eventually, Anosanim had to go back to Ritek and Kudorin had to go back to Xio Voe, but Selorin settled into bed with him, and they talked about guys and sex and local night life as he drifted off to sleep.
“I’m glad you’re here,” he murmured, yawning.
“I’m always here.” Selorin sounded faint, sleepy.
Going out every night was interesting. “I wonder if I met my husband tonight and didn’t even realize it. That would be funny,” he mused, drowsy, unable to open his eyes.
“Yeah.” Selorin was chuckling. “Yeah, Remin, that’d be funny.”
Heehee. Also, I continue to adore how the Sibs co-sleep. I tend to think of them as cuddling up like puppies and kittens do with their littermates.
And I'm really glad that Remin had a nice date with a nice man.
